What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

We internally create intranet websites, where we can provide access/remove access/grant permissions to folders...etc We integrated all the Microsoft tools inside Sharepoint and also applied group policies. This product definitly is well ahead of the competition and we are using it since 2020.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Granting access to specific IT groups through Sharepoint Administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I see everything is smooth since we are using this over Web, so no complaints on this one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Continue to improve the application and bring the application version for this product if not already avaialble.

It has a lot of storae, ability for collaboration, and ability to organize across enterprise organizations

I can store and organize documents, and tag people I work with to collaborate on documents

Glitches occasionally, like the search feature not working and not being able to open documents

Great for enterprise organizations, would suggest if you have 100 or more employees

SharePoint keeps project documents in one secure spot, accessible to the whole team. Plus, simultaneous editing is a lifesaver – no more version control headaches. This thing is a collaboration champion!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sharepoint is a collaboration superstar, but customizing it can feel like wrangling cats. Building dashboards and searching for specific files can turn into an adventure – intuitive it ain't. Give me drag-and-drop and clear search filters any day!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
