What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

Microsoft SharePoint is more efficient and powerfool collaboration tool which enables organizations to streamline their workflows, documentations, improve security and enhance overall productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management is the most favorite aspect in this product. Also sharing works seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such but sometimes access does not work even though is the user has access to the site or the folder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have lot of data to be managed and your organization wants to apply for regulatory systems such as ISO audits, then SharePoint is the best tool for document management, sharing and other collaborations.

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

Microsoft Sharepoint is a cloud based platform that can be used even outside of the office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Sharepoint has been the most helpful when it comes to sharing of documents in real time. I can now send a large file size through the use of this application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, Microsoft Sharepoint has no feature that hinders my collaboration with other users. Sharing and updating of files has been an ease. Keep up the good work!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have benefited the most when sharing data of file through email. Before, I have to send several emails due to the large attachement. But now, you just have to send the link of where are the files are saved

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

Sharepoint works seam lessely within the Microsoft ecosystem and that's the main differentiation. It's security and access management helps in maintaining the privacy within the org. Using excel or word in Sharepoint is quite easy and helps in working with peers in a shared environment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with Microsoft products creates a smooth workflow and this helps in enhancing productivity within team and also gives visibility towards the project

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have got issues during its sync up from offline to online mode and that is the only downside I have faced with this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product for collaboration and increasing productivity of team. It's quite robust to manage large files and would help in getting the work done with its features.
