What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The integration with another solutions from Microsoft is one of the important think that made us to select Microsoft Sharepoint. Also, Microsoft is one of the serious vendor on this segment. Sharepoint assure the information security on high level. The file exchange or file editing online is very simple and useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with another products from Microsoft, security and 100% availability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are using Microsoft Sharepoint and till now we did not find problems or issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We tested and we are sure that Microsoft Sharepoint is one of the best solution on the market at this moment. The installation is very easy, the integration is smooth. We recommend Microsoft Sharepoint.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I love how simple and easy it is for me to be able to access files and documents on the go. permision can be limited and updates is really exceptional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to access documents irrespective of location is a good innovation. Documents can be shared both externally and locally which makes it easier for us to collaborate with outsiders

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires good technical know-how and I am glad our IT teams understand it so well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It only needs you to take your time and do extensive studying. Once you get it right you have hit the jackpot.

Its is highly customizable and can be used for building multiple layers of sites

This product provides detailed document managementation along with building multiple layers of sites,which are my favourite aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product is expensive to license and host, and also its complicated setup and maintenance confuse user many a times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is very user friendly, easy to use and deploy. It has great abilities to enable simultaneous access to the same content, but user must keep the expensiveness of this product in mind
