What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

The wide variety of data visualizations offered by Microsoft Power BI is the most impressive feature. I can easily transform complex data into understandable graphics because of the wealth of visual possibilities in the Power BI library, which enables me to take quicker and more informed decisions. Allowing users to publish and share reports with others through the Power BI service, makes working with coworkers and stakeholders easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that we can change the data after importing it into the Power BI Desktop file is my favourite feature of Microsoft Power BI Desktop. It has a Model View, which aids in the development of our data model and can establish associations on its own. In addition to this, it is useful because we can start measures and computed columns in it. Additionally, it offers numerous sources from which to connect our data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing about Microsoft Power BI that I don’t like is that it occasionally struggles with huge data sets. When dealing with a lot of data, it moves slowly. It works well for small to larger datasets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For useful dashboard presentations and business intelligence solutions, I utilise Microsoft Power BI. Any quantity of data input is simply handled by it, and it streamlines it into an easy-to-understand dashboard or visual format for clients. The engine is the most effective. The data can be viewed, examined, and changed as we see fit.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, we can say that this one is unique since Power BI also has native AI functionalities that help you discover valuable information and make better decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that you can create interactive reports with hundreds of data visualizations, integrate them with Excel and other Microsoft services, and share them with your team or your organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From my personal opinion, we can say that this tool is very complete, so we can say that we have not found any fault with this product, rather we are comfortable with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons why we can recommend this tool is because it is a platform that keeps data protected with security features.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Power BI is very easy to use & well corporates with all the Microsoft products. In my organization we use Azure cloud so automatically Power BI becomes the first choice to use. Also the data modeling feature is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the data modeling most. It is so easy, simple drag and drop feature which helps to setup data relationship & keys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think meta data management would be a great feature for this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Explore the data modelling part of power bi. It will make your life easier & help you to create report with drill down feature easily.
