What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
Its ability to integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft products, such as Excel and Access, is a stand-out feature that sets it apart from others in the market. I find it extremely important to be able to work with all of our company's data in a single platform, and Power BI allows me to do just that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its flexibility in creating custom visualizations and reports. This means that I can tailor the presentation of data to our specific needs, and easily share these reports with colleagues across different departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially, there is a learning curve to understand and fully utilize all of the features available in Power BI. Otherwise, I do not have any major complaints about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To anyone or any business considering Power BI, I would highly recommend investing the time to learn how to use it effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial to thoroughly assess your data analysis and visualization needs before purchasing the product in order to ensure that Power BI's capabilities align with your specific requirements.

The licensing and the its scalability

For some features it is a bit too dependent on Excel and knowledge of it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once the infrastructure is set up, it is advisable to make in-depth demonstrations for users who are not used to working as analysts
