What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft Forms can easily embed Sharepoint video links securely. Other similar products require the video link to be available in public domains like Youtube, which can be harmful from a security perspective. This feature differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Forms offers multiple cool features. Among these, the feature which I like the most is branching. Branching helps present if-else scenarios to the end user and helps the survey creator embed all possible scenarios in the Forms. It helps the creator understand the reasons behind the like/dislike for particular features for which the product is floated, and also gain inputs from the respondent on what could be improvised further. Another feature that I like in Microsoft Forms is the ability to embed video files in the Form. This increases the impact of communication multi-fold and helps the respondent make well-informed choices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft Forms currently has basic capabilities and would need further enhanced capabilities to be the most preferred choice for survey creators. It would be helpful if auto-reminders are sent to the ones with whom the survey link is shared via email so that the response rates would boost up. It would further help if the text responses could be analyzed for sentiment to identify whether feedback was more on the positive or negative side.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend people use Microsoft Forms for conducting surveys if they are not too tech and UI savvy. Microsoft Forms offers a simple-to-use template with a couple of question formats that encompass most of the question formats one can think of. The ability to analyze survey results and export them in Excel for further data manipulation is an added plus.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
The best part about Microsoft Forms unlike other tools is that you can use it anywhere. Use it internally as an employee survey or post it on your website and get very readable data that can be presented to others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it is user-friendly with many options to make effective surveys, quizzes, polls and data integration with multiple users through invite links. There are also several options for analyzing the collected data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about Microsoft Forms. So far, no matter what features I have used while creating Microsoft forms, like collecting feedback and I have also filled out many Microsoft forms to give my feedback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have tried it once, but now there are much better options on the market.

It's simple to use for survey, at least for the most part.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really to be honest. 2 years ago, yea, a couple, but now, well. . . . I think it's doing just fine.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product really, but you have to subscribe to Office 365.
