Easy to use and customize, integrate with other applications quickly, and is affordable. The best feature of dynamics 365 sales is the well-structured sales process. It simplifies business administration decisions and streamlines work. Also, Plug-ins automate communication, reducing human intervention, and making it a unique tool in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM lets lead, opportunities and customers perform various operations on their data. I like that we can design, adapt, and change the CRM's look and feel in minutes. Adding new forms, panels, views, and fields is easy. It accelerates digital transformation and reduces infrastructure costs. It's been simple to implement and adapt, and I appreciate Microsoft Dynamics' reliability. It helps determine customer preferences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Existing methods of deploying solutions are overly time-consuming and prone to mistakes. Microsoft is improving system stability and process simplification. Storage has constraints. To overcome these constraints, you may need data storage. Integration with other programs can be tricky. Access to multiple dropdown menus can make it hard to return to the original page.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Onboarding can be challenging, so make sure you have thought through all the steps before implementing it in your company. The middle market and SMBs benefit from this product. It's a great app with low implementation costs and ease of use. You get the most out of the product when you learn it and spend enough time implementing it.
