Intuitive, Reliable and a Game Changer for Product

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
I have used in my last company ZOHO and Salesforce, but MSD 365 Sales Professional gives you the basic CRM tools to gernrate leads, contacts, and sales activities easily, and it works really well with Outlook and other Microsoft apps. It’s simpler and more affordable than other CRM options, so small and mid-size sales teams can use it without complexity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Outlook, teams is the best
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing as of now, i am okay with current funnctions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
dont thnik about money use MSD once, its easy to use and productive, its increase your productivity

Good For Centralizing Process.

I don't have much idea of using other Sales CRM. I have mostly worked on Microsoft Sales CRM only.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Centralizing the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Loading time is little slow and linking with other apps on system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a money worth product.

Great product, but a bit pricey

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
I have used other CRM like Salesforce and Hubspot, where there were many missing feature and filters. For eg: Lead filters, account based filters and proposal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing Leads and Checking sales pipeline..
What do you dislike most about this product?
Features wise best CRM, however price wise very high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend MS Dynamics 365, for any SAAS based companies.
