What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 from other similar products?

It provides a lot of features through desktop as well as mobile devices. Works well as on Prem and cloud service solution. Reporting capabilities are very good and liked by clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting and analytics are my favourite as these are highly appreciated by clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Native integrations could have been more useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in business that mostly use MS Technologies such as PowerBI and PowerApps etc. , this solution can meet almost all your requirements effectively.
