What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 from other similar products?

It is one of the most fast implementing solutions and is based on standart Microsoft processes and procedures and large third party integration providers network that will make costs for implementation significantly lower then of any kind of "boutique" ERP. MS 365 includes best industrial practises but significantly lower priced then Hana.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS 365 is based on Azure so is easy to find support team. The practical benefit is also offering MS Office product line as part of user interface. It has field services module which is core functionality for some industries like service and construction with full inegration in one system with CRM and warehouse management tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to implement with only entire team which makes expenses for small teams higher.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are based on Azure it an consecutive step to choose MS Dynamics 365 product as a tool of your operations to reduce time for implementation, costs of servicing and easy support based on your existing business processes.

I love the fact that Microsoft integration is so seamless, for the obvious fact that orher microsoft products are extremely necessary for daily work. For e.g. Office, it provides seamless integration. Good mix of CRM and ERO
