Old platform with a slow connection

What differentiates Maximizer CRM from other similar products?

I liked the calendar colors showing the appointments that I had for the week.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was good 24 years ago when i first started using it

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was a good CRM 20 years ago, but the enhancements feel like an upgrade to an outdated platform. Similar to putting a new paintjob on an old 1950 Chevy. The system was difficult to modify and was getting too slow for our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Honestly, I would recommend blowing it up and starting over. No more Band-Aids to an old platform!!

What differentiates Maximizer CRM from other similar products?

The price and the fact it hasn't increased at all for me since I started 8 years ago. Very reasonable & consistent customer service and price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Super simple if you want it to be, more complicated if you want it to be. It is for all users at different levels & can be more than just a CRM, it is legit a marketing tool if you want it to be.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it relies on a solid internet signal more than I have depending on if I am on the road. Saving through the outlook integration is really important to our practice and in order to do that quickly, tethering off a phone etc. can be a slow process. Good WIFI signal is important when saving & uploading files. On uploading files, the maximum of 10 at a time can be annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is Vancouver based, I trust Canadian based products more than anything, give it a try before going outside to find something a little cheaper, the price is right on this.
