The interface is also alot cleaner and easier to navigate than most competitors. For small to mid-sized teams it strikes the right ballance between simplicity and functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Honestly, the simplicity of the email builder is what I like most. You can put together a really clean, professional looking email in minutes without needing any design experience. The templates are modern and easy to custamize, and everything just works the way you'd expect it to. For someone who doesn't want to spend hours fiddling around with complicated tools, its a breath of fresh air.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The automation workflows can be pretty limiting when you need anything more then basic sequences. The analytics are also a bit thin — its not always easy to get a proper picture of campaign performance. Definately room for improvement there.

Go for it, especially if your a small to mid-sized team looking for something simple and affordable. Just make sure your email marketing needs aren't to complex, if you need advanced automations or deep analytics, you might eventually hit its limits.
