What differentiates M-Files from other similar products?

M-Files' metadata-based approach to managing content is a key differentiator in this field. M-Files does this very well and have built a solid platform to enable business to leverage content for usable insights and effective management workflows and processes.

M-Files feature development and deployment can be slow to materialize

Document the processes you wish to automate with M-Files. Make sure you have your information architecture well-defined before you get into the M-Files implementation.

Highly intelligent document management structure

What do you dislike most about this product?

You cannot have integration with the basic licenses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend you go for a higher license teir for software integration to be included as the DMS can do so much when with this option. Especially with esignatures and M365.
