What differentiates Lumen Engage from other similar products?

Apart from high level of quality, Lumen's greatest assets are its top of the notch customer support and technical specialist, which are so kind, helpful and efficient that they resolve and clarify any issue in a matter of minutes. Interface (dashboard in particular) is easy to use and very comfortable from the start regardless of which feature you use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, simple and effective interface, excellent support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Speech algorithms should be improved, both for speech commands and recognition, they're not as useful as the rest of solution. IT has reported that it was very difficult to implement. Also, integration mechanisms should be expanded to include more platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are very little to none disqualifying factors, everything is simply flowing and it should be among top five UCaaS to recommend
