1. User freindly interface is very amazing and easy to use 2. It easily integrates with google workspace and ehances useability 3. The mobile app works very well

1. It has got widgets like no other software 2. It allows the user to make customizations 3. it has great collaboration features

1. The customer support is not very great 2. The cost of implementing the software is very high 3. it has performance issues which reflexct on the business sometimes

You should buy this if you are someone working with a large organisation and looking for workspace communication softwares.

What differentiates LumApps from other similar products?

I think the due diligence LumApps uses before rolling out features. I never really experienced downs in the software.

The directory feature

The UI could be a little better

What differentiates LumApps from other similar products?

The LumApps team is consistently evaluating performance on how to make the platform better. The Hive (where customers can share ideas, talk to each other, and provide feedback) is crucial to the success of the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization possibilities are endless; so long as you're curious and willing to think outside the box, it can become anything you want it to be.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customization areas were not fully custom (i.e., had to select pixels from a. dropdown instead of type in for what you're attempting to accomplish) and when overlapping rows or cells, the bottom cell was "on top," however that's a very nuanced pain point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform will grow with your organization and is worth the investment. There are plug-ins available to do whatever you want and so long as there's an appetite to continue learning or improving, it's going to be the perfect platform for your organizations needs.
