Loopio stands out in the crowded RFP/proposal software space because it focuses on making the entire response process faster, more collaborative, and content-driven, rather than just being a document generator Strong AI + automation (but purpose-built for RFPs) Unlike generic proposal tools, Loopio uses RFP-specific AI to: Auto-generate first drafts using past answers Suggest the best responses from its library Summarize and refine content for higher-quality proposals

My favorite aspect of Loopio is its centralized content library combined with AI-powered reuse of answers. It Store all your best, approved answers in one place Quickly search and reuse them Auto-fill responses using past content

It requires continuous manual effort to stay useful.

If you’re considering Loopio, my main recommendation is to ensure you have a clear process and ownership in place before adopting it. Loopio delivers the most value when: You have a dedicated team or person managing the content library Your organization handles frequent RFPs or questionnaires Teams are willing to collaborate and keep content updated regularly

What differentiates Loopio from other similar products?

I think it was innovative at first launch but the road map has lacked and what was time saving it is not now. A significant level of effort is required to get gains from using the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Library is the strong selling point.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The entire rest of the product lacks innovation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would see all the competitors before making a decision. You also go through quite a few client success managers which lacks continuity.
