My favourite aspect of Loopio is its centralised content library, which makes it easy to reuse accurate, pre-approved responses and saves a huge amount of time on repetitive questionnaires

The main drawback of Loopio is that it can feel complex for new users, with a learning curve and setup effort required to fully benefit from its features.

Here’s a clear breakdown of what differentiates it from similar products like Responsive, Qvidian, Ombud, or newer AI tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A strong, genuine answer (especially for interview or product discussion) would focus on impact + reasoning, not just features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One limitation I see in Loopio is that it relies heavily on maintaining a well-structured content library. If the content isn’t regularly updated, the quality of responses can decline. However, this is also what ensures accuracy and consistency, so it’s more of a trade-off than a drawback
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everything in single Place: Every RFP project has clear deadline and owners: no more chase to people over emails to find out where thing stand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The consistency it bring, every RFP we send out now has same quality, which makes look much more professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As far as I know about the product, there is no reason to dislike it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with smallers RFP to build confidence, by time big complex one land you will handle it so smoothly it will genuinely surprise.
