What differentiates LoginRadius Platform from other similar products?

I'm new to IT program management, so this is my first experience implementing a CIAM platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many options for customization. The customer support has also been extremely helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The code is not kept in our usual repository, but instead is kept within the product admin console.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The devs on this effort have said the SAML setup with this product is unusual (we have been able to consistently configure it successfully).
