‎Laserfiche makes collaboration easier by allowing multiple users to review and comment on documents efficiently. Laserfiche stands out in the ECM market by combining a full suite of content management, process automation, AI-capable data capture, and strong compliance tools in a single, integrated platform without needing multiple separate systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

‎It guides me to store documents securely and retrieve files instantly without wasting time searching folders. The interface feels clean and organized, making it easy for me to navigate even with large document libraries. Laserfiche improves accountability by clearly showing who accessed or modified documents at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎The mobile experience is limited compared to desktop, and integrations sometimes require extra configuration effort.
