What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
We use it for managing sales contracts, supplier agreements, and compliance documentation tied to large retail orders. Approval workflows keep things moving without endless email threads. When sales needs a document fast, it’s searchable and accessible instead of buried in shared drives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The workflow automation stands out. Documents move through reviews cleanly, and audit trails are clear. Security controls also give confidence when sensitive sales data is involved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One frustration is that some interfaces feel dated, especially for users who only jump in occasionally.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Laserfiche stands out in the ECM market by combining a full suite of content management, process automation, AI-capable data capture, and strong compliance tools in a single, integrated platform without needing multiple separate systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It guides me to store documents securely and retrieve files instantly without wasting time searching folders. The interface feels clean and organized, making it easy for me to navigate even with large document libraries. Laserfiche improves accountability by clearly showing who accessed or modified documents at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile experience is limited compared to desktop, and integrations sometimes require extra configuration effort.
