What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Smart Fields is a great addition to this product and a fun functionality to explore. Creating forms is fun and Laserfiche provides a plethora of documentation to help with design and learning what helps best for your form. Laserfiche really appeals to those that are not programmers by nature but want to learn some basic concepts in form design.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Form design: I really enjoy creating forms and the design process as it helps my creative side come out in the business world. Laserfiche has so many helpful articles to really guide and help through this process when you are just starting out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Search function is not as intuitive. When I search in our repository, I always have a difficult time pulling up the information I am looking for. Searching takes much longer than is helpful in the daily job function, especially when it pulls up items unrelated to my search.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to create forms and easily learn to route and save documentation, this is for you. Laserfiche provides easy solutions for form creation and data retention in business.
