What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?

I have only ever used one other program whose name I do not remember for a corporation I worked for, so I have that to compare it to. But Kudos has a nice, modern design. I feel it's easy to use as well and I'm SO GLAD it does gift cards for so many things. The other one I had used was actual products that never fit me or my life/hobbies so it was kind of a waste for me. And it was only for work anniversary rewards. Their internal rewards system was not great at all, and had no applicable value other than paper certs and pins.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real world value of the variety of gift cards that I can choose from as rewards!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a little more personalization of the Employee Profile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it. I think it can add value to any business and makes it easy to recognize and reward others, even very quickly for busy C-Suite staff.
