My favorite aspect of Kissflow is its intuitive no-code/low-code interface that empowers non-technical users to quickly build and automate workflows without needing deep technical skills. This ease of use really lowers the barrier for teams to streamline processes and improve collaboration fast, making process automation accessible to a wider audience. It strikes a great balance between simplicity and powerful functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Kissflow is that its advanced customization and integration options can be somewhat limited compared to more specialized or developer-focused platforms. For complex or highly tailored workflows, users might find the built-in features a bit restrictive, requiring workarounds or additional tools. This can slow down scaling or adapting the platform for very unique business needs.
