What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

I haven't used comparable products, but it seems to have all the standard features one would expect plus a monthly cadence of innovation of new features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They have good, in-person support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish we could turn off or hide features we don't use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take it for a test drive and expect some onboarding pains since it's robust, but once you've found your lane, stick to it, and it will serve you well.

Intuitive for the user, really friendly and responsive customer support, excellent configurable insights and reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Has almost too many features to use, it can be a little overwhelming for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about whether you need all the available features and where there might be opportunities to consolidate requirements into a single tool like this one.

Extremely helpful, detailed reporting with several filters. Integrates with billing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with billing reporting and task tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Entering text feels very outdated to format text, such as bolding, italicizing, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for integrating billing and task time used, but overall feels outdated compared to other programs like Asana.
