1. The only project management tool to include automation in it 2. Not just for project management but great tool for data analysis as well 3. Amazing tech support team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. The planner of the product that helps in designing tasks 2. Easy to work on shared projects with the team 3. Great new launch releases

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price aspects of this products, if the team could work kn bringing that down it would be of great help to the business

If you are part of a project management team then this software is a must use

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

It's built for services driven engineering teams not just for tracking tasks or sprints. Most tools i've used focus on what work is being done but it is focuses on how that work impacts people, time and money together.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that i can see how engineering work connects to resource planning, timelines and project health in one place instead of jumping between tools. It makes planning feel more realistic like capacity, delivery progress and constraints are visible early not after things go off track.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some workflows take time to understand and certain screens feel more business focused than engineer friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering Kantata make sure you actually need resource and financial visibility, invest time in proper onboarding and roll it out gradually because it delivers strong value for services teams but it's more powerful than a simple project tool.

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

Extremely helpful, detailed reporting with several filters. Integrates with billing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with billing reporting and task tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Entering text feels very outdated to format text, such as bolding, italicizing, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for integrating billing and task time used, but overall feels outdated compared to other programs like Asana.
