What differentiates KACE Systems Management Appliance from other similar products?

The security of the appliance, being a FreeBSD OS, reduces the possibility of suffering an attack. It does not depend on active directory. light agent.

It is very fast to implement

Does not have real-time monitoring

It is a virtual appliance and can work on-premise or SaaS

What differentiates KACE Systems Management Appliance from other similar products?

Simplicity, much simpler and far cheaper than SCCM for example. Obviously not as feature rich but configuration was significantly easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity, Configuration and packaging of applications was simple. Great, flexible reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Colour scheme of the interface

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really analyse what you need the product to do. It has a lot of features but it is not as flexible as more expensive products on the market

My last company developed a help desk internally. KACE has some good features like SAML, administration console, etc. Support is pretty decent
