What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Not sure- have only used iSolved but LOVE it. Actually I have been on the employee end of another payroll service and can at least say the customer service at iSolved is WAY better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The staff! They are EXPERTS in their field and are always patient and willing to teach me ways to use the system even better. I really love how much I can do with the program anytime anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it were easier for my staff- non computer staff struggle with the employee portal- especially on mobile devices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While implementation will take time, the program is worth it. And definitely complete the training. Nothing like really knowing how to USE the amazing tool at your disposal!
