What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved HR & Payroll is extremely user friendly and provides multiple views depending on what works best for the end user. They constantly add new features to enhance the payroll/HR experience. The customer service representatives are extremely helpful and are able to solve most issues within one phone call or email
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once you learn how to use the system, it is very easy and there is normally someone available for immediate assistance if you need help with anything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When new features are added, there is not always an announcement about them. They just appear and you have to search for information on how to use/utilize them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While the software if very similar to other payroll/HR software that I have used, there is a bit of a learning curve. Many of the everyday payroll/HR items are easy to process. I would recommend this product to anyone that is considering it.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved HR has available, knowledgable service teams to address on-going business questions. The system is modular to meet budget constraints. We have determined clear value in iSolved's holistic approach to the employee life-cycle and have grown from using one module to almost all modules within the first 18months. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the iSolved team was fast to create functionality, reporting and instruction related to changing legislation and client needs. Reports are easy to find and use, laid out well, concise and informative.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have multiple entities withing iSolved, our ease of movement between them and ability to see the entire organization in one place is very helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Implementations. We have been through a number of implementations to grow our relationship with iSolved. We pay for implementation but from iSolved it feels like we lack good and consistent communication about the process, sufficient training and a clear outline of progress. This makes us concerned about staying on time and being properly trained. The implementation managers seem to lack sufficient perspective on what our operations entail for implementing on our side and thus timelines do not reflect our own milestones either.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Commit, but micromanage the implementation. (Implementation is short-term, we recognize the long-term value)

Recordkeeping options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limitations on fields that should have an "updated" date option rather than just original effective dates (i.e. 401k)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Compare experience with someone who does recordkeeping in a similar manner to verify that you are receiving the most applicable comparison.
