What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

I believe the user experience and AEE really differentiates iSolved from the competition because new clients tell me all of the time how much better the iSolved site is than the payroll sites they used prior to signing on with us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user experience, we came from a software that if possible I would rate a negative on user experience, now the pages are clean and easy to navigate. Also, we have had multiple clients come from ADP and Paychex and clients from both companies have said that the iSolved website is 100% easier to navigate and it makes so much more sense.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only real complaint I have is that it can be difficult to find exactly what you are looking for, unless you know where to look, because there are so many features. However, at times the organization of information can be a bit tricky. However, the customer support team is always willing to help when you have trouble.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend asking to see the website from the viewpoint of the service bureau, the client, and the employee. Understanding what each person can see gives you a whole new outlook on how friendly the user experience of a payroll/HCM site can be. Because if you are coming from ADP especially, it is night and day, the iSolved site is so much easier to navigate and gives you so many more options than the competition.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

This item is fully equipped. This system may be complex behind the scenes, but it couldn't be easier to use for the staff. This thing has so many bells and whistles that I haven't even begun to explore them all. The payroll reporting system is straightforward and may be adjusted to fit your specific needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The built-in clock is a fantastic extra. It has a lot of options for personalization and easily feeds employees' time into the payroll grid. Excellent, fully-customizable onboarding emails are sent at each stage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be helpful to be able to pin frequently used tabs to the top of the list, rather than having to go to the search bar and sift through the numerous other options. The software is difficult to learn, and finding a tutorial might be a challenge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That paves the way for us to implement a timekeeping system that can directly feed data into our payroll system. An employee-friendly software that eliminates the need for frequent "how do I?" inquiries. It centralizes a lot of the administrative work associated with things like payroll and new hire paperwork.
