The quality of the features and ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The performance management included in the base system leaves a lot to be desired. The paid performance management add-on is great, but there's a need for something in between.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to be a vendor, there is a lot of initial set up and a big learning curve.

Easy to use, could use better customer service

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
isolved has alot of great features that other payroll systems do have or don't offer. There is a reason why they are a leader in the industry. The only areas I would say they are really lacking in is their customer service. It could be better. Otherwise I think they have a great, easy to use system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The application tracker. Its nice to have a one stop shop to post positions to multiple sites at once and not have to log in individually into all of these accounts to post a position.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far we have not had a positive experience with the 401k integration. We were told it would take 6 weeks and we paid 2600 for it and its now been almost 5 months and the integration is still not complete. This has been a frustrating experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great payroll system and there are alot of features that comes with your license. Make sure to explore everything, as many features will make your life alot easier.
