What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
They cater the product to your specific needs, no matter how detailed they are. Customer support is easy to contact and they are fast to respond with either updates or your solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employee management - we recently began using online onboarding and it's been a great success. Time and Attendance is a daily use and it's very user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration to our accounting software is not available. Manual entry for our financials is needed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely go through the demos of the product. Seeing the product and how it worked was a great help in our search for a payroll/hr management solution.

Breadth of features, excellent customer support and wide array of customizable reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it is so easy to use and so much information is at my fingertips in one location.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once in a while I need to follow up when I have asked for assistance. There has been some turnover in support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend to anyone considering this product. iSolved was a game changer for our firm.
