What differentiates Iris AI from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Imagine you are getting 30 GB of social media packages every month from global marketing team, if there were no Khoros having them downloaded and then transferred to agency people would be mess, not only it will take time but also due to company firewalls it would be too difficult.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search mechanism was not working great because sometimes global send us two assets such as IMG779 and IMG778, I know that sometimes we are having hard time to find both of them even my search query was starting with IMG77..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suppose they need to premium these kind of tools before.

The support team is very active and supportive , easy to implement in less time consumption , more work in less time

I really enjoy working on this , there is no feature to be disliked

Always recommend to do social media marketing,bring more traffic to the channel , campaigning can be done which can produce success results

Allows you to manage content on different platforms without being complicated, Khoros is an ideal tool when you need to create and distribute content so that messages are captured with greater results, having better visions of what is interesting to clients, since it analyzes campaigns and the response to them including analyzing the competition efficiently

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like is that it has a content library that helps to better manage from the time to the platforms to be distributed, since everything is done in real time, it allows filtering even by keywords, as well as creating forms that are customizable without being complicated

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problems, its platform has become one of the most relevant options due to its type and high adaptability

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps to manage networks and the campaigns that are distributed in it, being easy to understand and since it is based on the cloud, it is more secure.
