What differentiates Intellect BPM Platform from other similar products?

Good document management, less time and good advanced functionalities to maintain our quality in our products and better interaction in all our processes. They are clear and precise functions to make the Intellect BPM Platform software functional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good customization features, very easy for newbies, great integration and good audits, technical support team up to our standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is high and some colleagues may not be satisfied, but the good results outweigh the bad. It can be expensive, but it is worth paying to get the results that Intellect BPM Platform offers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Let yourself be guided by the technical support team, it can be very necessary on some occasions, also take into account the benefits you want to achieve, so that the time to obtain them is shorter.

What differentiates Intellect BPM Platform from other similar products?

Honestly, our EHS issues have been resolved quickly, we've been able to get the most out of Intellect BPM Platform. It is an excellent solution for us, good integration capacity and good customization features. We prevent and correct actions, the results are excellent with Intellect BPM Platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has powerful quality management, good member notification capabilities, and excellent document management. I like that it has a short learning curve to overcome, it also has great integration with other platforms, we use it for corrective actions, also preventive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We started using Intellect BPM Platform a couple of years ago and we have not had problems using it in our organization, we have adapted very well, it is software that we have needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customize it as you want, solve your administration problems necessary for your organization and obtain good results immediately and without difficult management, your needs will change and as you use Intellect BPM Platform the changes will be noticed immediately.
