What differentiates Infor CloudSuite from other similar products?

M3 as a product has wide variety of deployment methods, giving IT & business the ease/freedom to work. For mid-sized organisation it stands out as a go-to option!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While validating M3 for our Pharma customers, we found the base validation and test evidences provided by Infor to be very exhaustive and comprehensive. Infor understands the requirements outlined by the regulatory bodies (EMA, FDA etc.) and aligns the validation strategy accordingly. The vendor assessments required by regulatory bodies was also achieved as per procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was nothing specifically alarming or not impressive about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

M3 is a good product and suited well for mid-sized Pharma manufacturing companies. Infor is well informed of the Pharma regulatory requirements and thus gives a good degree of confidence to “prospective” pharma customers while deciding an ERP for their organisation.

Its structure is concrete.development is not easy but very logical and no bugs or error reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to implement and loading of import export data. Extensive reporting features. Security controls are good for segregation of job and approvals

What do you dislike most about this product?

For an unfamiliar user its user interface and software language is different to understand comparing with other ERPs

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software standard feature covers almost most of the areas of industry
