What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?

I like how quickly IdeaScale responds to user feedback and makes changes to the product. Moreover, their support team is human, helpful, quick, and hands-on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to share and vote on ideas. This is great for working together and coming up with new ideas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main problem I see with IdeaScale is the fact that it can sometimes feel a little messy. When there are too many ideas, it's hard to remember what's really important. This makes it hard to give attention to the best ideas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Begin with a pilot on a single team or project.

What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?

IdeaScale has a well documented RESTful API sonwe should have no issues integrating IdeaScale with other tools, whether that be for reporting or in specific techniques like for instance, Jira, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Importantly IdeaScale incorporates community participation at its votinv, gamification, collaborative commenting which encourage any organization to drive much higher participation than other more rigid platforms like to Brightidea or spigit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows non technical users to configure intelligent without needing the assistance of IT generally. This not only helps reduce developer load but also hekps to facilitate adoption by more users in the same organization. And of course the quick set up time for launching new idea challenges support fast moving agile framework.

What do you dislike most about this product?

First of all the navigation through the platform is not easy, so a training is needed, also costing plays a crucial part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We must evaluate its costing and the team strength.
