It offers functionality needed for a typical testing procedure. It supports a variety of our favorite application lifecycle models.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the absence of ready-made arrangements. Getting your settings right requires a lot of trial and error due to the numerous configuration options and occasionally perplexing hierarchy. It is not yet defect-free; it frequently fails, and as the number of artifacts significantly increases, performance also becomes sluggish.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The relationship between proposed project and objectives is traceable thanks to IBM Rational ALM. That makes it simple for us to understand precisely what is needed for every aspect of business. It facilitates simple project planning and execution. Project managers and business analysts should use it. We have one central location where Rational ALM stores all of our data.
