The platform works well with other IBM tools and can be customized to fit my business needs. It focuses on helping me stay compliant with regulations while managing risks more effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of IBM OpenPages with Watson is its use of AI to automatically identify and manage risks. It makes the process much easier by providing insights and predictive analytics which helps me stay on top of potential issues before they become bigger problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about IBM OpenPages with Watson is that it can be complex to set up and customize especially for smaller businesses or those without dedicated IT teams. The initial learning curve can be steep, and it may take some time to fully integrate it into existing workflows.

I have used other products such as RSA Archer and MetricStream in the past, but we selected IBM OpenPages for its robust risk management functionality and its ability to adapt to our company's specific needs. Distinguishing it from similar programs are its ability to integrate with other risk management platforms, its custom reporting functionality, and its framework of predefined internal controls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My overall experience with IBM OpenPages has been positive, as it has improved our ability to proactively identify and address risks, which has contributed to our improved business results, which in turn allows our company to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
