It’s great scaling capabilities SLA tracking and analytics. Great for analysis

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scales out easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

I rather think it’s somewhat complex to manage

Simplifying it’s management and providing quick support that truly try to see the issue raised resolved not pushing it to other integrated vendors
