What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) from other similar products?
I think since they have been doing this for awhile it makes them stan out in support and features. Since realibility is very key for my business we find that new softwares don't have the same level of support and key intergrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's ease of use is the best part. Any aspect of social management you might not know they have video tutorials and I love their newsletters!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost seems extremely high for what you get. Since there are others its worth trying the free account first and going from there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Like I mentioned before making sure you see what features work with other softwares that you may use. Since this is a one of many type of software the capabilities the key to making sure it works with everyone!

The content calendar and scheduling features. Planning and scheduling posts across multiple platforms in one central hub

There's really less robust listening and sentiment analysis features

To grow your brand, consider supplementing with external sentiment analysis tools for a more comprehensive social media strategy
