What differentiates Housecall Pro from other similar products?
Housecall pro is much more focused on residential customers and lacks many features needed for corporate and business customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
simplicity
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support team lied about their referral program and refused to pay what they offered until we were able to prove to them that they advertised a monetary referral program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you have contracts, or service plans, and need more customizing, do not use HCP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Housecall Pro allowed our plumbing company to elevate our level of service through increasing the our level of customer satisfaction. Compared with more robust software offerings, Housecall Pro features an intuitive UI and easy-to-use data entry screens and dispatch boards, so there is less of a learning curve than other platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software is limited in its reporting features, so if you are looking to report or set benchmark KPI’s - you may need to massage the data you get from Housecall Pro in excel to accomplish this as there are not standard/canned reports which provide all of this data. Housecall Pro has been improving this over time, adding new dashboards; however depending on what KPI’s you use you may need to do external reporting. if needing a decent dispatching and scheduling software that is easy to use and has minimal reporting features when compared to the competitors, this fits the bill. If needing more robust or metric-driven reporting, you may wish to look at other platforms.
