What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Hootsuite brings all the social media applications together which makes it easy to access multiple accounts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It lets me publish, schedule and monitor, and analyze all my social media accounts into one dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took me a while to learn all the features of this application. Especially the dashboard. Also felt customer service is slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say be clear on your goals, test it and make sure the cost matches your needs.

What I dislike most is that the pricing feels quite high, especially as your needs grow or if you want access to more advanced features

I’d recommend really checking what features you truly need before subscribing
