Hootsuite stands out for making it easy for multiple people to work on posts, get approvals, and respond to messages without confusion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how Hootsuite clearly shows which posts are doing well and which are not so it is easy to understand and actually useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think customer support replies could be faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think at first it might feel a bit complex, but once you get used to it, it becomes your daily social media partner.
