What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Hootsuite leads the race , when it comes to real-time social media engagement with trends, customer contents (post, tweets etc), customer messages etc With added benefits of the Hootsuite chatbot, we are able to respond to engage customers as quickly as possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to track and manage audience insight in real-time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hootsuite lack of support for newer social media platforms , such as Tik-tok does limit our digital marketing plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hootsuite is easily my number one software for efficient social media management. However, its lack of support for platforms like Tiktok is a major grey area for me.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Analytics for me. This is the major point of difference I notice between Hootsuite and other social media management programs used in my last organization. Hootsuite provides an all round view of every of our activity on social media, allowing us measure our performance when it comes to lead engagement and monitoring on social media,, in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Hootsuites post scheduling feature the best. This functionality has made it easier to plan our engagement itinerary on social media , well in advance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Hootsuite has a mobile application, it is greatly limited in terms of what I am able to accomplish with the app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the tool I will recommend, when it comes to efficient social media management.
