Intuitive and Integrates with Salesforce!

What differentiates Heymarket from other similar products?
The integration with Salesforce was a game changer for us, and allowed us to text our clients either through the Heymarket app or directly from Salesforce. Having a log of each conversation was critical and helped with our client relationships.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Salesforce and ease of use within the Heymarket app are well done and incredibly helpful for the day to day success of my role.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the time of use, there was not a strong integration with Hubspot. As that was our primary system, it created some challenges for our organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's very easy to use, integrations with CRMs are wonderful, and the team is incredibly helpful! It will help you break out of phone and email communication to take conversations to text messages in order to reach the next generation more effectively.

What differentiates Heymarket from other similar products?
Heymarket has the best overall pricing and is an instinctual platform that enables both customers and companies to easily send and receive messages from each other. The most effective characteristic of this platform is that it has the pay-as-you-go pricing strategy which is extremely beneficial to customers who are infrequent users of a service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One thing which we can’t ignore while using software is its customer service. Heymarket allows users to send personalized texts to more than 100 customers in less time; you can save and create templates and send emails to groups that are sent individually and personalized with each customer’s name, which is very beneficial for increasing sales and marketing products. Moreover, it is user-friendly. It allows users to keep their personal and business chats separated without any hindrance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Texts and notifications are sometimes delayed. The software can sometimes be glitches. It takes a while to sync with the server.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They give quick responses to customers’ queries. Easy to use and has great features for marketing.
