What differentiates Harvestr from other similar products?
Our team has been able to easily and thoroughly prioritize user comments thanks to Harvestr. Before, we attempted several different options, but they were all extremely complicated. The product team at Harvestr is also very eager to hear customer feedback (and they undoubtedly use their tool to its fullest to prioritize!) and has frequently surprised us with new features that have boosted our workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Harvestr is definitely how straightforward it is. They provide a simple and user-friendly interface, which makes it incredibly enjoyable to use daily. They truly took the effort to put us up for success during the onboarding process, which was also easy to understand. Before, we attempted several other approaches, and they were all either very intricate, insufficiently comprehensive, or prevented us from connecting our integrations (Salesforce, Intercom). Now, I can learn about the needs of our clients and get suggestions for what to prioritize next with only a few clicks. It also has some potent segmentation and custom
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, Gong, which we utilize for our user interviews, does not interact with Harvestr. Other than that, it’s critical to keep the tool organized and current to avoid a mess.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As I was learning how to use the program, the chat was a huge assistance. I truly appreciate that when I provide comments for the app, I get a sense of being heard. We were able to see the most important and anticipated features thanks to the score established among discoveries. The ability to see the big picture is quite helpful!

What differentiates Harvestr from other similar products?
Harvestr has a straightforward onboarding hence ease in set up. The user interface is effective and efficient. It so easy to get insights into clients needs therefore always being step ahead on on what to prioritize.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With few clicks one is able to get insights which are relevant to clients needs. The features are well highlighted hence great tasks manipulation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All is working well by the help of support team.

Best solution for both small and large scale businesses. I highly recommend.
