Gusto: we do payroll quickly and error-free

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
Since we have had this software in our payroll department, the calculation of payroll, employees' working hours and everything related to their work, we do it in a fast, orderly and error-free way thanks to its tools. It is a very easy to use program and has made our work much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has an employee portal tool, where we have in an organized way the information of each employee of the company. The tracking of vacation time and absences of employees and weekly hours, allows calculations and payments are accurate and error-free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't remember anything serious happening with this software. If I have to complain about something, it would be that on one occasion the system crashed, so that it had to be uninstalled and installed again, but we had the help of the technical service and they advised us to install it correctly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gusto is one of the most complete software for payroll management that we have used and with a great help management for the payment of insurance and benefits for workers. Very easy to use, with a very friendly interface where we found it easy to navigate.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
I definitely think that Gusto was built to simplify the employees ability to access benefits details and navigate their payroll. Gusto operates with flexible modus operandi, as it adopts all specific calculations and processes as complex as they may be. Makes it easy to process and manage benefits, both in cases where we can import our existing benefits plans, or we can create a new one in line with the system's templates
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system specializes in hands-free payment processing, which means that we are only required to schedule remuneration data at the beginning of the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gusto does not feature any activity dashboard. Gusto does not offer a free trial to help customers test out their features before committing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gusto's payroll management and benefits administration can be described with three words - Simple, Automated, and Transparent.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
I love the easy-to-use interface and the fact that no training is needed to use Gusto. With Gusto I'm able to offer benefits to employees like health insurance, retirement plans, and pay-as-you-go workers' compensation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gusto offers online employee onboarding tools, access to employee benefits, and more. It automatically handles local tax filings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The profile creation option for employees can be expanded to enable employees submit more information about themselves to the HR team
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can't imagine having a payroll experience better than the one Gusto offers. On top of payroll, it also has online tools to help you handle onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
