What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll and employee documentation may be retrieved with ease because everything is conveniently kept in one place. You don't have to print it out and manage it yourself because at the end of the fiscal year, they email and mail copies of the W-2 to the employees. It's very easy to use and has great functionality. I can quickly hire a new employee and provide them with the necessary papers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It glitches a little bit now and then. To access the tab I desire, I occasionally need to reload the page. And although it's not a deal-breaker by any means, it can be annoying occasionally. But I always acquire the information I require.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Moving my payroll to Gusto was simple because I had previously utilized local payroll businesses with rising fees, subpar support, and representatives who vanished. The reports are satisfactory, the website functions effectively, and assistance has been offered when needed. The cost is straightforward and simple to understand. No further calculators are required for that. Reminders are sent through the portal, and most of it can be automated.

I appreciate how easily this website can be used. The learning curve is not very steep, even though it was my first experience using Gusto to manage our competitive pay function. I also like their top-notch customer service. When you ask for a call for assistance, they call you right away, and most of the time, my problems are fixed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have issues with my dashboard clearing away outdated alerts. For instance, my dashboard notifies me that my employees' insurance quote is available for my approval even though I put up a program for workers' insurance almost two years ago.
