Easy to customize as per requirement

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is suggestion if one RM assigned for the client then it is more easy to resolve the query.. anyway ticket facility is very awesome and get query resolve on immediate basis

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Onboarding ,Time management and HR Payroll Module since we are using these
