What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

its definitely one of the best product in market which has all must have features and works really well even during the peak time ie during the document submission timelines in Jan and feb in India. I really like its simplicity in design and its UI/UX, also its very cost effective when compared to other similar products which are not from india

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its document centre tab where i can all the relevant documents for me for example, all my payslips, tax documents and company policies related to my reimbursements and other documents related to my requests

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing I can think of

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

its a great product specifically to cater the HR and payroll management in the Indian market but feel free to compare it with other global brands to see if they fit your bill for managing the india office

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

The Hr portal I have used before doesn't let you mark your attendance based of location. Also, in India it let you choose the new tax or old tax regimewhich is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It let you plan your tax in both Old and New tax regime which helps to save more on taxes :-)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I recommend this to someone who is looking for a perfect and easy to use Hr/Payroll system.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?

I feel greytHR is more straightforward compared to some other HR tools. It focuses on the core things like payroll, attendance, and leave management without making it too complicated. For someone who just wants things to work smoothly without spending too much time learning the system, it does the job well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

"The best part for me is how easy it is to use on a daily basis. Applying for leave, checking attendance, and downloading payslips is quick and doesn’t require much effort. Everything is available in one place, which makes it convenient."

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, the system feels a bit limited when it comes to reports and customization. Also, the mobile app could be improved as it’s not always as smooth as the web version. These are small things, but they can make a difference over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest going for greytHR if your main requirement is a simple and reliable HR and payroll system. It works well for everyday use, but if you need very advanced features or deep customization, it’s better to check if it meets those specific needs before deciding.
