What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
One-click invites are supported here, so participants who don't have profiles can join conferences as attendees and participate from their web browsers. We value that we are not inconvenienced when we have a crucial meeting or conference. Our staff members can deliver presentations more effectively, which makes them feel more at ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Making conferences on GoToMeeting is simple. They may be one-time or ongoing, and regular usage of your unique space is also an option. To cut down on time and enable immediate meetings, you might create a new meeting ID for repeat meetings that participants can use to enter your space. Only those invited may attend meetings, ensuring the highest safety and anonymity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We frequently have users from different departments using the same GoToWebinar account, which might cause issues when running webinars. The fact that only one webinar can be going at once is annoying. The host controls might be improved to provide admins more flexibility. If there were a way for platform PHONE users to have a cleaner connection with less turbulence and disruption, that would be amazing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It offers its customers the ease of starting with plans adapted to our needs and budget and a free trial with essential services. This method makes repeated meetings easy to set up because the space can be used for additional meetings without expiration. You can invite participants via the URL or by providing them with your meeting ID, which they can use to enter your GoToMeeting room.

GoToMeeting is easy to use and allows us to hold simple online meetings and group messaging. What makes GoToMeeting stand out is the high-definition capabilities
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It includes unlimited meeting recording capabilities and we use it across desktop and mobile devices which makes it an excellent tool for everyday videoconferencing and online meeting needs
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though it makes it easy to switch between my phone and computer, it should provide strong analytics feature to help understand the performance of our video call and conference

GoToMeeting ensures more innovative and engaging meetings on both desktop and mobile devices. It is an excellent audio and video collaboration software that caters to the needs of all businesses
