What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool is quite light allowing us to have it on all our devices without missing any meeting, keeping our agents updated every day, it is an application with a simple and easy to use interface for all types of people, keeping our conversations in a centralized place and allowing others to provide their ideas and progress through the screen sharing option, achieving greater productivity in all areas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some cases when logging in on Android the app closes unexpectedly which can be frustrating for users, notifications do not usually arrive regularly and by the time they arrive it is several minutes into the conference, making some users late. The video sometimes locks up unexpectedly however the continuous audio, if you are explaining something through diagrams, it is not so easy to understand it that way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Small and medium sized companies can become more familiar with this tool, since they have a low user load, meetings using GoTo Meeting can be much more profitable compared to its competitors, many customers also tend to use this tool so we have two ways to use it. Excellent price as the platform works properly, with its constant updates it has been constantly improving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting is a meeting management tool requiring users and attendees to have current IT equipment or smartphones. Even if it does so by any stretch of the imagination, if you're using an outdated machine or gadget, there's a good chance it won't work as expected.

Add additional users as co-hosts and give them the authority to accept, reject, and quiet participants to manage large sessions. What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting should have a function that enables participants in teleconferences to converse privately with one another without the rest of the group hearing. I want to dismiss a meeting without changing the organizer or firing everyone. GoToMeeting frequently experiences connectivity problems with Windows that can be fixed by signing out and back in; however, which delays the conference.
